When accepting a consultation you agree to (or that):

• abide by the Terms & Conditions agreement;
• confidentiality concerning consultations and the topic(s) discussed;
• honor any prior agreements you have considering a consultation;
• not accept consultations where the topic concerns any party you are obligated to as an employee, consultant or recent employee of 6 months;
• you will act in the highest most honorable manner, not breaching any laws or regulations and not giving or receiving material insider information;
• not act on any information you learn through a consultation for your personal benefit directly or indirectly;
• you have not violated any criminal or regulatory laws or regulations in the past or are not presently under any sort of investigation;
• you will apprise Ridgetop Research of any conflicts of interest as they arise or any other matter that may have a bearing on your consultative work.
